About Rivian Palo Alto
Rivian's Palo Alto location is in Suite 450B at Stanford Shopping Center, next to Brooks Brothers and directly across from Neiman Marcus. Rivian says it is closest to the parking lot on Sand Hill Road. The company calls its retail locations spaces rather than showrooms. No appointment is needed to drop in and visitors can climb into the vehicles, open the front trunk and compare colors and wheel options in person. Rivian notes that retail sales and marketing at each space depend on state and local rules.
This is a retail and demo location, not a service center. Rivian's page for the space links to its service and charging locations near Palo Alto. A general answer on the same page mentions later closing times than the posted hours, so check before an evening visit.
