About SoulCycle Palo Alto
SoulCycle's Palo Alto studio, in unit C12 at Stanford Shopping Center, is part of the brand's Bay Area region. Rides are choreographed to the beat in a candlelit studio, with loud playlists and an instructor coaching the room. Many classes have a theme playlist. Earplugs are available at the front desk.
The studio page lists instructors including Jamie, Chris, Jacq, Ben, Franklin and Taj Turner. In late October 2026 it listed weekday rides from 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Some classes showed as reserved or waitlisted a day or two ahead.
