From Europe With Love is an independent skin care clinic that has worked in Palo Alto since 2014. It calls itself a skin care clinic rather than a day spa. The menu reflects that. Most services target a specific skin concern, with acne at the top of the list. The clinic says it also treats rosacea, fine lines, wrinkles, pigmentation, scarring and uneven texture.
The business was founded by Marina, a licensed aesthetician who was born and raised in Europe and completed medical training there before moving to the Bay Area in 2009. She practiced in Palo Alto for several years before opening her own clinic. The clinic also developed its own home care line, Semper Amate, which it sells for use between visits.
A new owner and a new address
The clinic is in the middle of a change. According to a note on its website, October 28, 2026 was Marina's last day seeing clients. She is stepping back to focus on Semper Amate Skin Care and on a training academy for skin care professionals. Angela, a licensed aesthetician already on the team, takes over the business beginning November 1, 2026. Her listed experience covers treatments from microdermabrasion to enzymatic peels.
The move comes at the same moment. From November 1 the clinic welcomes clients at 230 California Avenue, Suite 200, in the California Avenue district. The previous studio was on the second floor of 3483 El Camino Real. The clinic says services, pricing, memberships, packages, credits, gift cards and existing appointments all carry over. Clients booked on or after November 1 simply go to the new address. Semper Amate products stay on the shelf at the clinic.
Treatments and services
The website sorts its menu into a few groups. The names below are the clinic's own.
- Acne. Face acne, chest acne, back acne and teen acne treatments, plus the Clear Skin Bootcamp program.
- Corrective facials. Chemical peels, a rosacea facial treatment and a deep pore cleansing facial.
- Other services. Waxing, a Hydraglow or hydradermabrasion facial, brow tinting and nano needling.
- Skin care products. Acne skin care, ageless skin care and body care, sold through the online shop.
The Clear Skin Bootcamp is the clinic's signature program. It runs about 12 weeks and begins with an in-depth consultation. If a client enrolls, the first treatment can start the same day with a custom chemical peel. The program includes six in-office treatments spaced two weeks apart. Each visit includes a progress check. Between visits the client follows a twice daily home routine built around skin type, acne type, sensitivity and environment. The specialist also reviews foods and cosmetic products that can clog pores. Facials in the program may include extractions and LED therapy. The clinic welcomes teens, with a parent involved. Booking, memberships and gift certificates
Every visit is by appointment. You can book online through the clinic's website, call 650-691-5885 or email the studio. The Clear Skin Bootcamp also has its own registration form. Published hours are short on Monday and Tuesday afternoons, longer from Wednesday to Friday and morning only on Saturday. The clinic is closed on Sunday.
For regular clients the clinic offers the GlowPro Membership. It covers one 60 minute treatment each month from a short list: an acne intensive treatment, a collagen induction treatment, the HydraGlow facial or the SkinCorrect facial. Members also receive a discount on skin care products with free shipping. Unused treatments roll over. Gift certificates are sold online and through the shop menu.
